Adjustable pallet racking is specifically designed for the safe storage of pallets in bays with varying heights and holding various working loads. Getting pallets off your floor space and storing them safely helps your warehouse to move more efficiently, safe working loads of 2325 kilograms to 3000 kilograms per pair of beam levels are available. Adjustable pallet racking will take two UK pallets or three euro pallets side by side depending on the depth of the rack and as many as you require stacked double or triple etc high. Standard bays are 2700mm long but 2250mm long is also available for tighter spaces.

If your warehouse uses the euro pallet {1200 X 800mm} you require the 1100mm deep pallet racking system which will allow for the safe storage of three pallets wide per beam level and a safe working load from 775kg to 1000 kg per pallet depending on the universally distributed load of the pallet racking beam.

If your warehouse uses the standard UK pallet {1200 x 1000mm} you require the 900mm deep pallet racking system which will allow for the safe storage of two pallets wide per beam level and a safe working load from 1162kg to 1500kg per pallet depending on the universally distributed load of the pallet racking beam.

Our lightest load per beam available at 2700mm long is 2325kg. This makes our racking stronger than most of our competitors at the same price point. This large load rating per beam level means you can store any standard UK pallets from 100kg right through to 1162kg with the same beam and from 100kg to 775kg for the euro pallet {Load distribution must be observed}
